Possessed
This piece is a figure study using a reference photo to get the body right. In my attempt she became elongated, and almost predatory. I darkened her eyes, as though she was possessed by something greater than herself. With its dark tones it is still a celebration of the female form, and her beauty. I hope to explore this study again in the future in an oil or acrylic medium.
